Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After this time, your order will be processed and dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We completely understand that you may face size issues or simply have a change of heart. While we are confident you will love your plush, we are here to support you with returns or exchanges.

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Important:
Customized or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Once an item has been customized with your personal design, it is final.

Unfortunately, customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that we do not accept changes, exchanges, or returns based on personal preference or change of mind. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or arrived damaged.
